Layout that actually works
Before paving, we lay out the stalls, the drive aisle, and the turning space so the lot fits real vehicles, not just lines on paper. On tight residential sites the difference between a usable lot and a frustrating one is a couple of feet in the right place. We sort that out with you first.
Drainage and grading
Standing water is a parking lot's worst enemy — it seeps into seams, freezes, and lifts the asphalt. We grade every lot to move water to the edge and off the surface, so puddles and the potholes they cause never get started.
A thicker, stronger section
We build parking areas on a deeper compacted base and, where traffic warrants, a thicker asphalt section than a standard driveway. In spots that take repeated heavy loads — a dumpster pad, a delivery corner — we'll beef up the build so those areas don't rut.
Striping and finish
Once the asphalt has cured, we stripe the stalls and any needed markings so the lot is organized and safe. Clear striping keeps neighbors out of each other's spaces and makes a small lot feel bigger.

A parking lot is an investment worth protecting. Down the road, seal coating and the occasional patch keep the surface tight and extend its life by years.
